Return&Cancellation Policy In the event of the system being inoperative for any reason, either locally or throughout the system, this will not be deemed as being a failure by CBCC to honour the contract. The Member will however be entitled to a rebate of monthly fees on a pro-rata basis for the time they are unable to access the system due to server faults with CBCC server, but no responsibility is accepted for failures that are beyond CBCC control, for example, a failure by the members internet service provider, or Internet links outside CBCC control. CBCC will be entitled to fees as agreed. Fees are payable as agreed in advance, commencing with a first payment due as agreed.
